Party with the Phinx

I missed out on a couple of Christmas parties last season, but I did attend the one with my high school barkada. With only eleven guests, we had a Prichon and seafood fiesta. The star truly was the prichon. The waiters could not believe that we were so few in the party, for they usually served one prichon for 40 people. In fairness, Carla brought home half for her family. We didn't finish the entire prichon. Thank you, Carla!

L to R: Cyrill, Sofia, Butch, Clarisse, Laura, Kaila, Sonny, Carla and Melissa. Some of the gang were still stuck in traffic when this photo was taken. The others who were absent were the happily pregnant ones. We are a growing family!

Hanging out with the girls. Super busog.

During the exchange gift, Paully and Glecy turned out to be mommies of each other. Paully gave Gles a Hello Kitty tissue holder, which Clarisse and Kaila could not take off their eyes from.

We missed the rest of the Phinx and their respective families, but at least the tradition of partying, eating and gift-giving lives on. Thanks Carla for sharing your album! Thanks Cy and Butch for hosting the party as usual; for the take-home goodies; for the video of old wishes and new dreams; and for my white Ipanemas, which a month later don't look so white despite diligent brushing on my part. :)
